Do I need to be home while you clean?
Nope — for exterior-only cleans, most customers just leave the gates unlocked and come home to clear glass. For interior work we'll schedule a time that works for you.
What's the 7-day bird-poop guarantee?
Exactly what it sounds like. If a bird tags your freshly cleaned window within 7 days, we come back and re-clean that window free. Members get it on every visit.
Are you really high schoolers? Can I trust you on my house?

What if my windows are really high or hard to reach?
That's what the pure-water pole system is for — it reaches up to 45 feet, so we clean third-story glass safely from the ground with no ladders leaning on your house. Tricky arched or trapezoid windows get hand-detailed. If we can see it, we can clean it.
